ARTWORK
 
A quality imprint begins with sharp, clean artwork. Therefore, high-resolution vector artwork is required. Acceptable file-types include .ai, eps, .cdr, & .psd. Other file-type created with standard graphics software may be acceptable, as well. Low-resolution art such as web images, bitmaps and scanned images, generally cannot be used as-is, and must be converted. The exception to this is embroidery. In most cases we can work with these images to create the digitized file required for the embroidery process.

 
If your artwork contains text, please be sure to convert all text to outlines to ensure the font properties are maintained.

For four-color process or photo imprints, files should be saved as .psd or .tiff file-types. Please make sure that they are created and saved at 300 dpi or greater, preferably 600 dpi.

If your artwork doesn't meet these requirements, or you are unsure if your artwork is useable, simply contact our team for a quick review. If necessary, we can re-create it for you in the appropriate format for a minimal cost.

*In most cases, your in-house graphic/marketing department or creative team/agency will have these files on hand. Simply ask them to e-mail you the requested file.


 IMPRINT COLORS
 

Standard imprint colors will vary by item and imprint method. The majority of our products allow for PMS color matching, while others can be imprinted using only CMYK inks. When available, PMS color matching may be requested. If an additional charge for PMS color applies, you will be notified by your account manager for approval.

All artwork that does not require an exact PMS color will be matched as closely as possible with either CMYK or stock imprint colors at no additional charge. However, exact color match is not guaranteed.

For embroidery, a limited number of thread colors are available, therefore, exact PMS color matching cannot be guaranteed. The closest thread match to a specified PMS color will be used.


 MINIMUM QUANTITY
 

Each item in our online catalogue has a minimum order quantity as shown. In some cases, however, less-than-minimum may be available, at additional charge.

Should you have a need for less than the minimum shown, please contact your account manager or our promotional marketing specialists to discuss your particular requirement.

 PRODUCTION TIME
 

Production times vary by item. In most cases, stock merchandise can be imprinted or embroidered within 7-10 business days.This is the time required for imprinting and does not include transit time for shipping. When special services are required such as artwork creation or digitizing, additional time may be required to complete your order.

Our promotional marketing specialists or your account manager will review specific details regarding production lead-time with you. Please contact us for production times on specific items if not listed on the product page.

 RUSH SERVICES
 

We understand there are times when you need products in a hurry. That is why in addition to offering many items with a 1,3, or 5-day standard production at no additional charge, we also offer rush service on longer lead-time items. To request rush service, simply note it on your online order form. Your account manager will contact you to discuss the best available options to meet your in-hands date, as well as any additional rush service charge that may be incurred.

Please note that the rush service only applies to the production process. Along with rush production, we are always able to expedite shipping. Typically, orders ship via ground service, unless otherwise requested. Our account management team can provide information regarding expedited shipping options and relative costs before you finalize an order.

We encourage our clients to contact us for rush service availability prior to placing an order to ensure it is available for the desired products.


 SAMPLES
 NewVision Promotions sample policy allows for reasonable requests of samples free of charge. Simply set-up an account with us to take advantage of this service. Please note samples are sent via Ground shipping unless otherwise requested.

 SETUP CHARGE
 Unless otherwise indicated, product pricing does not include set-up charges. Set-up charges are based on the product, decoration method, and number of colors where applicable. Depending on the product and quantity ordered, set-up charges may be waived.

 SHIPPING
 

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground service. Large palletized shipments are shipped via truck. We always ship your order using the most economical shipping method available, to ensure that we meet your in-hands date. Should expedited shipping be required, your account manager will discuss the options with you prior to finalizing your order.

Our products are shipped from various factories throughout the United States. Since all orders are shipped direct to ensure timely delivery, shipping rates will vary depending on the origin.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping is prepaid and added to the final invoice. NewVision Promotions does not add inflated handling fees and we do not mark-up shipping. We only invoice for the original shipping charge.
